If you
are a user of the Eurolink Lettings & Management Software
suite but do not pay for support, you are not entitled to
telephone help, software updates, or patches.

Future Updates |
Following
the release of the "Veco-onesystem" product, the
existing Eurolink software will only be updated on a
semi-regular basis. There will be no further major
development of the Eurolink software, although this
product will continue to be supported until further
notice. Please contact the Eurolink Sales Department to
discuss how you can migrate from Eurolink to the Veco
product. |

software. This facility is only available from
"Eurolink Online" and the new "Veco"

have released a Service Pack for Windows XP called SP2.
This has been tested with the Eurolink software and no
problems have been found. |

Offices |
You
may not be aware, but Eurolink software can be accessed
from a home or from remote offices by using an ADSL
broadband or a cable connection. Speak to the Sales
Department for information about our 'Enterprise'
solution. Please note, however, that we do NOT
support Eurolink running on a VPN (Virtual Private
Network). |

Printers |
Please
note that the latest HP printers have been known to cause
problems. You MUST read our compatibility details
BEFORE purchasing an HP printer. Click

Upgrades |
Please
note that, if you use your own computer engineers to
install new hardware, we reserve the right to make a
charge for rectifying any faults that occur as a result.
Such assistance is NOT covered by the CSA. |

withdrawn.

31 March 2003 - Windows 2000 licences withdrawn.
30 June 2003 - Windows 98/98SE and Windows NT 4.0
