Changes
Version 200505 is a consolidation of all previous patches to Version 200410 (SP3). In addition:
Increased length of key reference fields (Property and Estate) to 15 characters.
Added dates on Estate screen for Gas, Electricity, Health & Safety, and Asbestos.
Where the "delay?" fields is ticked on landlord payment details page, tenant receipts are delayed before being paid to the landlord. This delay factor now applies to SLI demands. These SLI transactions will not now immediately appear on the landlord statement until the date after the "delay" has been taken into account.
The rent entered on the tenant Tenancy screen does not now automatically move to the property screen until the tenancy extension date comes into effect. This corrects an earlier problem.
Manually entered transactions are now shown on the TAX-03 report. However, unless the manual transaction has either "(1)" or "(2)" added to the narrative the amount will be split between CNR landlords 1 and 2.
Tax reference L_TAX_REF now combines both CNR references and can be included on statements if required.
EuroDocs - a few customers have experienced a problem with the new EuroDocs mechanism for creating PDF documents in relation to statements. As this is not something we can control, we have added an option in "General Switches" to allow the old version of the PDF driver to be used. However, this will require the old PDF EuroDocs printer driver being installed. We would recommend that the "old" version is only turned on prior to printing Final Statements. The new version is generally better and faster, and also allows reports to be opened in Excel and Word. (32-bit Only).
When re-printing invoices it is now possible to enter a range of invoice numbers.
When entering Viewings, the property search routine now defaults to searching the property address.
When entering a Works Order, the default is to pickup the current Tenant details. If, however, you wish to enter a Works Order for a previous Tenant, you can now change the tenant reference manually.
A second "Weblink" field has been added to the Marketing Details screen. This field (MR_WEBLNK2) can also be used when uploading details to your website via the "Eurolink Upload" format.
When using the Batch Receipts screen, the cursor now stays at the current location on the page when deleting an item fro the list, instead of always returning to the top of the list.
The Amenities field on the Marketing Details screen has been increased to 255 characters.
A "Notice of Intention" date has been added to Major Works.
When copying an Applicant to a new Tenant, the e-mail address is now copied.
