So that you can make sense of the changes listed below, you should be aware of the version of the Eurolink software you are using. In Eurolink, look at the title at the top of the screen. Changes
Version 200510 is a consolidation of all previous patches to Version 200505 (SP3). In addition:
Due to technical reasons with the 32-bit version, the "New Deal" option has now been removed.
Rent can now be charged for 1 day. Previously, the minimum charge was for 2 days.
Made changes to try and resolve the occasional problem with Initial Tenant Monies being posted to a blank tenant reference.
The Budget report now correctly shows the schedule headings (Estate Only).
Estate Apportionment report now appears in order of nominal sequence number.
Corrected a problem whereby the "Invoice Apportionment" routine created too many transactions.
The cheques/bacs routine now records the date when the routine was actually run against each transaction. This is useful for reporting.
Remittance Advices now show the BACS account number and sort code where appropriate.
Corrected a EuroDocs problem where tenant letters were not being saved in certain circumstances.
Updated the BACS format for Royal Bank of Scotland software. The new file is called PM2RBS1.TXT.
In order to allow processing to continue when payment routines are in progress, the "Field Locking" routines have been improved. When "Field Locking" is used, if 2 or more users are editing the same record (but different fields), when user 1 clicks "save", and then user 2 clicks "save", user 2 will immediately see the changes made by user 1. This should stop problem occuring during the payments run when balances can become contaminated.
When posting SLP transactions a message will display if no tenant recurring charges have been set up.
The cheques/BACS routine is now more forgiving of old, unprocessed, items which may have been missed.
Corrected the message that appears when trying to lookup a deleted transaction. The name of the user that deleted the transaction is now shown correctly.
